This is a commission-based opportunity.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are not your everyday HVAC company, we truly are passionate about helping our customers and making them feel valued and heard.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven experience in residential HVAC sales.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Computer/software skills to effectively produce proposals, job costing, takeoffs, etc.
- Follow up when appropriate with preventive maintenance for the client.
- Ability to work the schedule required as the job demands and customers require
- Follow up on all in-house generated leads for retrofit projects, developing the relationship with the client.
